Design Service Society 2018 focuses on the business value of strategic design. It celebrates the adoption of the design thinking method in business practices across industries in Thailand. Design Thinking is promoted as a new business approach to strategise product, service, experience, application, etc. to meet digital and innovation challenges.

Strategic Design Thinking is a process that helps to generate strategic directions. This process is used to explore user-centric innovations to fulfill user experience and open up possibilities leading to new business opportunities. As a result, the local businesses will able to transform their products and services to meet user needs and new market requirements which will increase competitiveness and business growth.
The Cell Unit is the right-brain partnership, working on brand visual identity, exhibition design, exhibition content creation, exhibition & environmental graphics, projector image mapping, digital media presentation, and all printed communication materials. Lighting design and algorithm in the exhibition were supported by L&E (Lighting & Equipment Public Company Limited).
