In partnership with the Creative Economy Agency (CEA), we spearheaded the CEA Global OTOP 2021 initiative, pioneering a transformative approach to OTOP development that harnessed the power of local assets and area-based networks to drive economic growth and innovation.
At the heart of this groundbreaking project were three key components: the Global OTOP Purpose & Impact, the Global OTOP Thinking Process, and the Global OTOP Showcase.
Global OTOP Purpose & Impact: We collaborated with the CEA to define a clear purpose and vision for the Global OTOP initiative, centered around the empowerment of local communities and the promotion of sustainable economic development. By aligning stakeholders around a common goal, we laid the foundation for meaningful impact and long-term success.
Global OTOP Thinking Process: Building on the strengths of each community's local assets and area-based networks, we introduced a systematic thinking process to identify opportunities, address challenges, and unlock the full potential of the OTOP program. Through collaborative workshops and strategic planning sessions, we encourage creative thinking and innovative problem-solving, empowering communities to chart their path to success.

Global OTOP Showcase: To showcase the diverse offerings and unique cultural heritage of participating communities, we curated an online dynamic showcase event that brought together artisans, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders from around the country. This immersive experience not only highlighted the quality and authenticity of OTOP products but also fostered connections and partnerships that would drive future growth and collaboration.
Through the CEA Global OTOP 2021 initiative, we redefined the OTOP development paradigm, shifting the focus from a one-size-fits-all approach to a more inclusive, community-driven model. By harnessing the power of local assets and area-based networks, we laid the groundwork for a more sustainable and resilient creative economy that empowers communities to thrive in an ever-changing world.
